The role

As part of our Maritime group, the Configuration Management Officer (Hardware) will be responsible for the provision of configuration management-focused solutions and support to ensure the continued integrity of items and artefacts relating to the Maritime group.
- Facilitate configuration control board meetings and manage the outcomes.
- Participate in functional and physical configuration audits and associated reviews.
- Support the authoring and maintenance of configuration management plans, processes and procedures
- Prepare and issue change status reports in accordance with configuration management plans and procedures
- Coordinate the production and distribution of project and corporate documentation, including contract deliverables and artefacts
- Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home/office will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- Relevant Defence industry experience in project based team or engineering management environment
- Experience with IFS Applications - Enterprise Solutions or similar tools
- Experience of specialist configuration management tools and/or engineering data management systems, and in training users on said tools/systems
- Proven ability in effective internal customer liaison and demonstrated experience in complex task management

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
