Join our supportive and experienced Senior Rostering Coordinator and our Regional Supervisory team in the day-to-day management of rosters, to become our trusted advisor on all things rostering as we grow

Our Roster team collaborate daily to create, publish and maintain 6 week rosters, for our team of dedicated Disability Support Workers. Our teams support and care for the most vulnerable people in our communities, taking care of the most complex clinical and social needs to ensure our clients live life to the fullest.

About the Role:
In this role you will be our subject matter expert on all things rostering and part of our collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coach the Rostering coordinator
  • Weekly reporting for ELT on: utilisation, overime, shift breaks and penalties.
  • Design & maintain employee and client files in our rostering system.
  • Develop and maintain staffing rosters in accordance with the needs of our clients, funding allocations, budget, employee conditions and award requirements.
  • Collaborate with our People & Culture team and Transition Lead to assist in the recruitment of support workers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, advising on our business transformation and workforce planning
  • Escalate rostering and staff skill gaps, and work with line managers to identify solutions.
  • Selection & implementation of new rostering software to enable us to scale rapidly.

  • A commitment to excellence in customer service will show you share our values.
  • Experience working with NDIS environment and SCHADS Award will be highly regarded but is not essential.
