Toezichtproces op de werkplek:

• Verantwoordelijk voor de levering van het installatieproject.

• Verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid op de werkplek.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het regelen van efficiënt beheer van de milieuaspecten van deinstallatiewerkzaamheden(omgaan met afval, gevaarlijke materialen, minimalisering van vervoer).

• Verantwoordelijk voor het financiële resultaat van het project (is niet verantwoordelijk voor de kosten die gepaard gaan met wijzigingen in fabrieksprijzen of met variabele wisselkoersen).

• Neemt deel aan de overdracht bij verkoop/installatie en valideert samen met de verkoper de termijn van de bestelling die de klant heeft gestuurd.

• Bereidt het algemene programma van de installatie voor en de planning van de resources.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en organiseren van de levering en opslag van materialen en gereedschappen op de werkplek en het plaatsen van orders bij onderaannemers en leveranciers van materialen die geen onderdeel uitmaken van KONE.

• Verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de bouwplaats het opvolgen van problemen met de gereedheid van de bouwplaats.

• Verantwoordelijk voor gebruik van de juiste installatiemethoden van KONE tijdens de installatie.

• Zorgt voor kostenbeheersing volgens de actieplannen tijdens de budgettering en vooraf berekende CM2% om de R80-doelen te bereiken.

• Verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve activiteiten tijdens het project, inclusief de dagelijkse zaken van het human resource management (afwezigheid,beoordelen/goedkeurenvan tijdschema's) en rapporteert de voortgang van het project (schema, installatietijden, tijdschema's van monteurs, budget en risico's) aan zijn/haar leidinggevenden.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van de documentatie bij het project.

• Werkt de informatie bij in debedrijfsmanagementsystemen(bijvoorbeeld bijwerken van mijlpalen in S-plan).

• Werkt samen met de afdeling crediteuren/controle om ervoor te zorgen dat de activiteiten op de bouwplaats worden gepland en uitgevoerd volgens de contractuele betalingsvoorwaarden en de werkelijk ontvangen betalingen.

• Verantwoordelijk voor de definitieve test van de apparatuur en de overdracht aan onderhoud.
Customer Relationship Management en beheer van relaties met onderaannemers:

• Verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de installatie.

• Verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties op het gebied van kwaliteit en veiligheid van de onderaannemer.

• Unieke contactpersoon voor de klant tijdens de installatie met betrekking tot het beheer van de bouwplaats, verantwoordelijk voor de interne en externe communicatie tijdens het project.

• Richt zich op het bereiken van de toegewezen verkoopdoelen en op verkoopkansen van extra's en variaties tijdens installaties.

• Ontwikkelt en onderhoudt een hartelijke en professionele relatie met de onderaannemers.
People Management/Leiderschap:

• Verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het welzijn van het personeel(bouwplaatsmedewerkers)en het managen van de prestaties van het team en van de afzonderlijke personen.

• Bepaalt de doelstellingen van, plant en organiseert, communiceert met, controleert en motiveert het installatieteam.

• Bepaalt de benodigde training van debouwplaatsmedewerkersen beheert de trainingsplannen.
