We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Installation team within our volume business working on Major Projects.

This role can either be based in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast.

In this position you will administer and control projects across the South East Q.L.D. suburbs and the regions, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.

What will you be doing?

Planning and organising the delivery and storage of materials and tools on site Effectively communicating with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines Being an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of others and always strives to exceed customer expectations Driving projects aimed at continuous improvement Management of KONE's milestones for deliverables

What are we looking for?

Demonstrated experience managing projects at a site level within Construction Industry highly considered Experienced in managing sub-contractors desirable Lift experience will be highly considered but not essential Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Construction desired Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes Proven ability to win with customers Team player & a positive attitude A resilient and persevering approach with high emotional intelligence Valid Australian driver's license
