We are looking for a
Logistics Officer.

Duties

  • Undertaking daily activities associated with warehouse and dispatch.
  • Receiving, verifying, and acquitting incoming inventory, and resolving discrepancies where possible.
  • Issuing and receiving returns; processing documentation; and recording information in the inventory control system.
  • Maintaining security and inventory control of dies; and processing disposal of writeoff materials.
  • Assisting with the duties of the Logistics Section, including periodical stocktaking.
  • Operating forklifts and other manual handling equipment.

Skills and abilities

  • Demonstrated highlevel of accuracy with good attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with freight forwarders and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering accurate information in a wellstructured manner.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder liaison skills.
  • Proven experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning software system (ERP).
  • Experience operating a forklift.

Licence required
Current High Risk Work (FL) licence.

Security clearance
BASELINE or the ability to obtain
