Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in achieving resolutions for customers and advisors in every interaction. This is applicable across all TAL product lines, making you the friendly face of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls promptly for TAL & Asteron products.
- Educate clients on the significance of their insurance or investment policies.
- Build and maintain relationships while ensuring service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer goals.
- Address complaints efficiently to ensure swift resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate accountability and persistence.
- Prioritize customer and partner satisfaction.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and time effectively.
- Experience in a Contact Centre is advantageous.
