About the Hotel - W Melbourne

W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets,sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane, the luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia's cultural capital and providing the back-lane entrance keys to what's New/Next in the city. Extending the laneway culture inside, 294 bold rooms and suites peel back the layers and revel in the city's history. About the Role

  • Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments, and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases of property events
  • This position primarily handles events of average complexity
  • Ensures their property events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales
  • Recognises opportunity to maximise revenue opportunities by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events
