Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Internal Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting new Franchisees to support our company's growth and objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What skills do you need to have?

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, we require candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a keen eye for compliance
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • You are sociable, enjoy forging strong relationships with your peers/clients - an all-rounder with high emotional intelligence.
