The Company


For nearly 20 years, the business has been a specialist and preferred supplier of paper products to the Hospitality, Retail and Gaming industries.

Chances are that if you've been to your local club and received a receipt or ticket then you've been getting one of their products.

The family owned and operated business has grown to have thousands of customers around Australia.


The business has adapted and evolved through its history and continues to take innovative steps to ensure their ongoing success.

Based in the head office at Castle Hill, there are numerous examples of long tenure in the business ranging from years (not including the family members) so you'll be joining an experienced team who know the business and the products and will help train and support you to be successful too.


The Role
Reporting to the Director, you'll also be trained and mentored by one of the high performers in the team. This is an office-based role selling on the phone, working with an established list of buying clients. There will of course be opportunities for you to bring in new business, that is always welcomed. Your commissions are based on achieving quarterly and yearly targets.

  • Your tasks and duties will include:_
  • Calling clients and selling products entering orders into the system
  • Planning and executing your call cycle in the system and making sure all data is accurately entered into the CRM (Creata)
  • Providing an excellent customer experience positive attitude, great phone manner, completing follow ups etc.
  • Communicating well with your team in the office and warehouse to ensure high levels of service are maintained
  • Striving to improve and achieve the goals set ongoing training and support is always provided but you need to be the one to take action with it

About You

  • To be successful in this role you will need:_
  • A great phone manner and communication skills that can adapt to different customer styles
  • Experience in a sales position with demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding targets, you need to be able to close a deal not just be an order taker
  • A friendly and helpful attitude, great rapport building skills internally and externally
  • Willingness to learn and adapt the team can certainly train you on their products and they have great experience on the styles that lead to success
  • Proficiency in CRM type software and be comfortable with MS Office programs including excel for customer analysis (basic but regular use)
