We are looking for someone to implement and execute comprehensive test plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our QA processes.
Job Description What you'll be doing**:
Requirement Analysis and Test Case Design: Conduct comprehensive analysis of project requirements and design meticulous test cases for thorough coverage.
Testing Execution:Seamlessly perform manual and automated testing within agile sprints, covering system integration, functional, volume, user interface, and performance testing.

Quality Assurance Goals:Ensure product releases consistently exceed predefined quality standards, emphasizing a commitment to excellence.

Automation: Evaluate the percentage of test automation coverage, the reliability of automated test scripts, and the time saved through automation in the testing process.

Process Improvement: Establish and Implement process improvements, identifying efficiency gains, and staying current with industry trends.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including estimations and retrospectives, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Documentation and Analysis: Thoroughly document test cases, plans, results, and defects while maintaining a focus on analysing testing efforts for completeness.

Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with teams to ensure alignment with customer and business requirements, promoting a cohesive approach to project success.
Our tech stack for this role includes;
- Ruby on Rails
- AWS ecosystem
- JavaScript/ Typescript familiar with jQuery, Backbone or react
- Postgresql and some SQLServer
- GraphQL and REST apis
Qualifications We are looking for**:
- Your proficiency extends to conducting various testing types, including functional, regression, systemlevel integration, endtoend, and acceptance testing.
- You ideally can assist with automation testing, utilizing rspec, cypress and capybara (not essential, but desirable)
- You're a team player, who doesn't mind the team and yourself mainly working remotely
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and influencing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Software or the like (not essential)
