ABOUT THE ROLE The Campus Lead in close collaboration with the Head of Discipline is primarily responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Occupational Therapy Program on the Freemantle campus.

The Campus Lead works with colleagues to ensure quality and authenticity across the Occupational Therapy curriculum, providing leadership in relation to design, implementation and ongoing review of the undergraduate program, as well as working closely with student services to ensure an efficient and excellent student experience.

Additionally, this position will be provide opportunity to build research capacity within the School.

Responsibilities Responsible for curriculum development of key aspects of the OT Program working in collaboration with the Head of Discipline of Occupational Therapy.

Responsible for subject coordination, preparation and delivery of substantial components of courses Responsible for leadership of the program and staff at a Campus level working in collaboration with the Head of Discipline of Occupational Therapy.

Utilise high levels of professional and/or discipline‐related expertise in his/her teaching Incorporate scholarship and professional expertise into teaching activities Contribute to the development of engaging, relevant and technology‐enhanced curricula Lead collaborative projects relevant to discipline‐based teaching practices Provide academic counselling, mentoring and advice to students Actively raise the profile of the discipline within the University and the external community Demonstrate commitment to community engagement ABOUT YOU Strongly committed to and supportive of the Objects of the University Ph D in an area relevant to Occupational Therapy Current unrestricted registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)'s Occupational Therapy Board of Australia In determining experience relative to qualifications, regard is given to teaching experience, experience in research, experience outside tertiary education, creative achievement, professional contributions and/or technical achievement Proven Experience in delivering high quality learning and teaching experiences in a University setting and demonstrated experience with course/program coordination and academic governance High level curriculum review, development/design and delivery experience Established OT research publication record and demonstrated capacity for grant acquisition.
