About you:


Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will manage the Corporate Facilities plan including leasing, budgets (circa $3,2M), communicate and manage safety/security issues and incidents and project manage building works such as refurbishments and new fit outs (with support of external Project Management).

You will have a sound understanding of current legislation relating to facilities management activities and have experience scheduling, engaging and supervising contractors' maintenance and other work scopes to meet Sunwaters' HSE requirements and minimise or eliminate disruption to staff.


In addition you will:

  • Coach and support respective functions in the effective management of their neighbourhoods in a hybrid working environment.
  • Manage the Sunwater specific Fire Warden Training and Fire Equipment Servicing.
  • Act as the point of contact for the building management (including after hours) regarding incidents, building access, end of trip facilities and related tenancy issues
  • Lead the Reception function including day to day supervision of the Receptionist and coordination of administrative roster for reception coverage.

You will bring:


To be successful in this role, you will have 5+ years experience in similar role in facilities management or office management.

You will have a sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, Contractor Management and have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business.

As the Corporate Facilities Lead, you will have the ability to lead and mentor your team, delegate tasks effectively and efficiently and ensure deadlines and commitments are met in a fast paced environment.


In addition, you will have:

  • Accurate record keeping and filing using spreadsheets and databases.
  • High level of confidentiality with previous experience of managing sensitive and confidential matters.
