- $35 per hour + Superannuation

  • Monday to Friday part time role: 9.00 a.m 3:00 p.m
  • An amazing temp role with the opportunity to transition to a permanent employee

As the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, you recognise the significance of creating a welcoming and consistently professional impression.

With a creative problem-solving approach, you draw upon your experience, navigate processes, and think innovatively to provide efficient solutions to streamline your day-to-day requests in this part time, Reception and Office Coordinator role.


A snapshot of your role:

  • Welcome all guests and visitors ensuring sign in protocols and access cards are coordinated
  • Oversee the booking system for six internal meeting rooms: ensure catering, IT and refreshment requests are coordinated
  • Maintain office vendor and facility relationships, monitor any repair requests and the procurement of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring invoices are tracked and processed
  • Triage multiple enquiry inboxes, responding or escalating to relevant colleagues when needed
  • Manage incoming calls and general enquiries and provide effective administrative overflow support across the different departments
