As a Lecturer in Murdoch Business School, you will contribute to the teaching effort of the Discipline through the preparation and delivery of units, conduct of classes, and preparation of materials for face-to-face and online delivery.
In this role it is expected that you will perform a range of administrative and service functions within the School and across the University.
Your key duties will include:
- Coordinate and teach units and courses.
- Develop and practice innovative teaching and learning methods.
- Contribute to teaching, including preparing and delivering lecturers, tutorials, seminars, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops, student field excursions and marking assessments.
- Contribute to research and research student supervision.
What you'll bring to this role- PhD: Possess a doctoral degree with a strong academic foundation in the field of Human Resource Management and/or Employee Relations, Strategic/Operations Management or Leadership and/or Sustainability.- Teaching experience in a relevant discipline. Skills and experience in quantitative research and data analytics.- Ability to engage in high quality research.
