As a proactive litigator wanting to immerse yourself in various sophisticated litigation strategies, you will enjoy connecting with a notable Partner profile (one of three) with particular expertise in shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, intellectual property and insolvency matters.


Day to day matters provide a varied array of issues including complex contractual interpretation, drafting pleadings, affidavits and submissions for court, conferencing with and preparing expert and lay witnesses statement, instructing partners at a mediation, assisting with drafting the defence and rejoinder and advising clients at all stages of the matter.


Set up within a broader collegiate framework provides access to mentoring from multiple Partners and the broader team allows for differing opinions and perspectives, deeper thinking and robust discussion around litigation strategy which will help round out your approach to your clients and the matters they present.


This role will appeal to the up and coming, polished litigator that wants a wholesome route of development through the firm.

This team and state office can provide countless evidence of organically built partners through strong attention to succession planning.

Clients include national and international clients, listed companies, SME's, private companies and individuals.
