The Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and Lead the Wholesale Account Base every day to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Grow the current accounts base from 50 accounts to 150
  • Facilitate the Sell In of future product ranges, for our wholesale customers and retail buying teams, and ensure orders are met within the right timelines.
  • Deliver the brand strategies, product stories and key commercial objectives for each season to the wholesale customers and internal retail buying teams.
  • Be responsible and accountable for wholesale stock levels across the key metrics of Timberland Pro.
  • Oversee the order book management to wholesale customers and drive the sales of free stock to ensure maximum sales to accounts are achieved.
  • Consistently monitor and report on sell through of all wholesale accounts.
  • Assist and work with the retail teams, specifically in regard to our buying and trading areas to drive strong commercial outcomes for the brand within the retail business.
  • Help to Manage costs of the Wholesale Business by being diligent and within budget for travel, samples, marketing, entertainment, ensuring profitability for the brand and wholesale business.
  • Assist and support the negotiation, completion and overall delivery of Accent Trading Terms and the wholesale businesses Key Commercial objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated 5 + years of Sales / Brand experience.
  • Understanding retail & footwear products, supported by sufficient business skills.
  • University degree in Business with a sales and management focus (preferred)
  • Industry Exposure to Sales, Retail, Account Management
