It is important that you have/ or can demonstrate:
A high-level understanding of mining and process engineering in Australia, including DIDO/FIFO operations and associated recruitment.
Ability to proactively, strategically map and understand external talent, suitable approaches to networks and engagement with potential hires.

Strong analytical and report writing skills with solid communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to manage your energy and priorities.
Closing date: 5th March 2023

The role can be based in any major town or city with appropriate links to be able to attend meetings both in Sydney but also at our Mining operations.
A requirement of the role is that you spend an appropriate percentage of your time on site with key stakeholders.
