The Parklife Metro Consortium is working on an exciting new metro rail infrastructure project in Greater Western Sydney.


This city shaping project, which will be delivered under a Public Private Partnership, will provide a major economic stimulus for Western Sydney.


WeBuild as a D&C Contractor member, will be responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction elements of the project, and we are currently looking for an experienced Resource Advisor to join the HR Team.


Key Responsibilities:


As the Resourcing Advisor on the project, you will work closely with the HR department to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.


Your day to day may include:

  • Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Developing, releasing, and monitoring job postings on all platforms, such as social media and job boards
  • Promoting We Builds reputation as "best place to work"

Key Requirements for the role:

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or similar (preferred, not required)
  • Minimum 1 years' Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of Job Adder as a resource management system (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and targets, prioritizing tasks under pressure
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Sound Negotiation skills
