Our client is in search of a dedicated Private Wealth Analyst to join their successful team. This role gives you the chance to work with professional Wealth Advisors, serving ultra-high net worth clients, and showcasing your passion for financial markets. What you will do:

As a Private Wealth Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve handling client inquiries, managing CRM systems, assisting in document preparation, and diligently managing risk and compliance to benefit our ultra-high net worth clients. Your role demands a solid grasp of financial markets, top-notch communication skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional support.

  • Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Set up and maintain client accounts
  • Offer regular client reports and handle prospects and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow
  • Oversee CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation
  • Proactively address risk and compliance requirements
  • Aid teams in preparing key documents and supporting business-wide initiatives

Your qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a university graduate with a strong finance background. You should excel in written and verbal communication, pay attention to detail, possess great interpersonal skills, and meet expectations diligently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Your enthusiasm for financial markets and dedication to top-tier support will set you apart.
