What will your typical day look like?

As a key member of our exceptional Finance Transformation team, you will oversee various finance transformation projects, collaborate with client CFOs to shape finance strategies, lead finance structure redesigns, and identify opportunities for business growth. Mentor your team to foster their professional development and progression.

As a leader in our Finance Transformation practice, your role involves coaching and guiding our talented team members in their projects and careers, making a significant impact on their growth and success.

Your profile should include:

  • Experience in Finance Strategy / Operation leadership roles with at least 5+ years' experience in Financial Services and consulting
  • Expertise in Integrated Finance Transformation, including operating model design and digital technology implementation
  • Skills in Enterprise Performance Management Design and Implementation
  • Proven track record in leading teams and transformation initiatives
