CTP Case Manager | QLD - Brisbane

As a Claims Consultant you will be building effective working relationships with a variety of key ‎‎stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, and reviewing treatment requests and organising investigations into claims ‎with a focus on proactive claims management.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Manage your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation
  • Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, rehabilitation advisors and medical professionals, to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work outcomes
  • Review treatment requests and organise investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management
  • Make settlement offers, attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation
  • Attend conferences with counsel, expert witnesses, and lawyers

Important to your success:

  • Proven paralegal personal injury experience (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work in a highpressure environment
  • Skills to manage a target driven case load
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned ‎tasks
