Reporting to [insert Position Title], the position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Able to fulfil the inherent requirements of the role in a timely, accurate and efficient manner with specific reference to Sales Order Updates and processing, Shipment and SPO completion, Damage reporting.
  • When receiving goods, all items are to be checked against purchase orders to be processed in the system accurately and within a timely manner.
  • Accurate recording and processing of pallet quantiles, weights, cubic, pallet types, reference numbers for entry into SAP
  • Accurate completion of all required reports within allocated timeframes, including but not limited to, exception reporting, SPO reporting and shipment reporting
  • Reports all incidents, hazards and nears misses immediately to Supervisor and completes the incident report book details.
  • Work in a manner which will not endanger himself or herself, or any other person.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that ensures SCT is recognized as safe, reliable and a quality supplier of related services.
  • Participate, as required in Risk Assessments, Inspections and operational meetings as required

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience & knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industries
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience in a freight scanning environment
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Can do attitude
  • High level typing skills
  • Excellent understanding of WHS and SCT policies and process.

Essential:
Valid Drivers Licence

Desirable:
Certificate IV - Business Administration or Transport & Logistics or equivalent
