The Team
We are recruiting an experienced full-time permanent Registration Supervisor to join our growing retirement villages (RV) conveyancing team.

Our RV practice is the most successful in Australia and continues to grow from strength to strength, working with the largest retirement village owners and operators nationally.

As part of Australia's leading RV team you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems.


Your role
Our RV conveyancing team is comprised of high-performing senior lawyers, lawyers, paralegals, team administrators and registration clerks.

The Registration Supervisor will lead the team of registration clerks and have overall responsibility for the stamping and registration function for the RV conveyancing team.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • supervision of the registration clerk team including day to day work allocation, monitoring output and requisitions, ensuring adherence to deadlines and reporting on the team's progress
- attending to registration of land registry documents for each State
- preparing letters and sending registered documents to clients and residents
- stamping dutiable documents as a self-assessor for the State Revenue offices in each State and arranging payment of duty where applicable
- liaising with the paralegal team to prepare files for lodgement
- supporting lawyers with ad hoc requests
- scanning documents into our conveyancing database
- archiving files
- general administrative tasks.

What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need to enjoy working as part of a team and possess the following attributes:

  • significant experience in registering various documents with Titles Office in QLD. Experience in NSW, VIC, SA and Tasmania would be advantageous but not essential.
- excellent time management and organisation skills
- previous experience supervising others would be advantageous but not essential
- great communication skills
- a positive attitude and a proactive approach
- resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own.
