The Manager, Superannuation and Corporate Remuneration is responsible for executing the Qantas Group's superannuation strategy in Australia and globally. This includes providing advice and recommendations to Senior Management (e.g.

Group Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Accountant, Executive Managers in Corporate Remuneration, Industrial Relations and People) on matters such as:
government policy changes, superannuation fund performance and strategy, funding arrangements and industry developments.


The role reports to the Senior Manager Superannuation and Corporate Remuneration and manages relationships with Qantas Super and other superannuation funds, as well as with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

You'll have

  • 7+ years' experience in a policy, legal or strategy role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Public Policy, Economics or a related field
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to understand and solve complex analytical problems
  • Highly developed skills in senior stakeholder management and project management
  • Ability to own and lead issue resolution and monitor compliance and governance
  • An understanding of / experience in superannuation highly desirable but not essential
