Based out of our Baulkham Hills Office, this role is responsible for providing assistance with the implementation of significant changes across the supply chain and to provide timely analytical and support to the relevant Procurement Category Manager(s) and other key Stakeholder's such as Estimators.

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Procurement Category Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in Procurement Market Approaches/Negotiations in consultation with the Retail & BOQ Systems Manager
  • Assist with the Generation & Implementation of Supplier Agreements
  • Input and maintain purchasing and item description data in the Price File and Master Item database respectively in accordance with Metricon standards
  • Assist the Procurement Category Manager(s) with the sourcing of new suppliers
  • Administer all Supplier Allocations as approved by Category Manager(s)
  • Complete monthly supplier & performance reports benched against KPI targets
  • Provide suppliers with Metricon site start projections
  • Assist with other projects as nominated by the Retail & BOQ Systems Manager

  • Degree qualified in a Business or related discipline with 2 years' experience in a relevant organisation role OR 23 years' experience in a Estimating, Site Management or related role
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • MS Office/Windows environment particularly Excel
  • Knowledge and experience with Distribution, Logistics and Forecasting Systems
  • Strong Procurement Process understanding
  • Knowledge and Experience using various Systems and Project Methodologies
  • Welldeveloped Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation skills
  • Ability to work Autonomously and as part of the Team
**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
