Our Opportunity to you
We are looking for an
Allied Health Lead to lead our allied health team in
Melbourne East region
. Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver.

The day to day

  • Support and collaborate with clinicians across region0073 and disciplines
  • Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
  • Manage and support you and your team's clinical caseload
  • Role model the aspired leadership behaviours to develop and coach quality team members.
  • Build and retain a highquality team in alignment with Australian Unity Values.

Your experience

  • Proven operational management and team leadership skills are beneficial
  • Working knowledge of funding steams such as home care packages, DVA, CHSP and postacute care (preferred)
  • Proven capability in change implementation, system improvement and innovation are advantageous
