You'll have:

  • The experience leading Workday HCM, Learning, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Recruitment & Onboarding related innovation in Workday
  • The knowledge to support the rollout of Innovation initiatives across the organisation related to Workday (Job Architecture, Talent Marketplace, CareerHub, Machine Learning)
  • A drive to build relationships with functional owners and project stakeholders to undertake analysis as required
  • Project management experience for Workday innovation initiatives
  • Experience leading and developing business requirements, documenting changes, maintaining knowledge management resources, and obtaining stakeholder signoff.
  • The knowledge to measure, monitor, and improve Workday processes and functional effectiveness to drive a great employee experience
  • Demonstrable experience managing UAT and all changes to functional/ technical changes to Workday and other related systems as appropriate
  • The experience developing and executing a communication plan for users and supporting functional change impact of new system releases or business improvement changes
  • Workday configuration experience in at least one of the following areas: Workday HCM, Business Process configuration, Learning, Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent, Report Writer, Dashboards, and Analytics
  • Business/HR/ITrelated degree
