About The Role The Senior Manager, Strategic Risk plays a key role in shaping PEXA Group's approach to risk management and enabling the successful execution of its strategy in a risk-informed manner.

The Senior Manager, Strategic Risk works collaboratively across the business to ensure alignment between the Group's strategic objectives and risk management strategy.

Key Accountabilities Oversight of the Group Risk Profile including assisting management with identification of risks and controls, associated action plan development and monitoring and trend analysis for executive and board risk committees, including follow-up of actions and risk indicators Contribution to the Group's annual business planning activities, ensuring that the Group Risk function is an enabler of performance Ownership and iteration of the Group's risk culture program of work, designed to regularly assess and uplift risk awareness through a variety of means Secretariat for the executive-level risk committee, including assisting with the coordination of agendas, distribution of materials, minute-taking and action-tracking Contribution to the ongoing development of key risk artefacts, including the Group Risk Profile, Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Culture Framework ensuring they support the delivery of the Group's strategic objectives
