Our showroom and store in Osborne Park, WA, is looking for an outgoing
Sales Consultant to join their growing team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to all who visit our showroom and shop.
  • Receiving and processing customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assisting customers to load orders to their vehicles on collection.
  • Preparing precise, detailed quotes to customers including followups if needed.
  • Various administrative duties as required.
Collaboration and teamwork are core attributes we look for in our Shop For Shops team members. A key aspect of this role will be the ability to recognise and develop leads. This may include passing leads to other teams within the business.

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong command of the English language.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High level administrative and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate with your team and contribute to company goals with a positive attitude.
  • Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and precision.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Pay:

Full time $24 - $35 per hour plus superannuation depending on level of experience. In accordance with the Retail Award.

Monday to Friday, fixed schedule with no weekends.
