What to expect in this role:

Linfox works hand in hand with top Resources and Industrial firms in Australia, delivering specialized logistics services nationwide. Our operations in Western Australia are growing, and we're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead our teams in Newman and the surrounding areas. Your mission? To ensure operational excellence and top-notch service for our valued customers.

As the Regional Operations Manager, reporting to the State Transport Manager, you'll oversee safety, operations, finances, and customer service in the region. You'll collaborate with global mining giants, providing them with safe and efficient logistics solutions for their global shipments. This role offers the flexibility of living locally or on a FIFO roster from Perth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a safety-first environment and upholding quality standards
  • Leading operations to meet service and cost requirements
  • Driving innovation and efficiency while managing network capacity
  • Managing teams, subcontractors, and workforce development across diverse locations
  • Cultivating customer relationships to drive growth
  • Creating and managing budgets and optimizing resources for productivity
  • Implementing policies for continuous enhancement
