What you'll be responsible for

Deliver EUC solutions as per the business requirements Prioritise and manage ServiceNow queues and project based workload in the EUC space, Provide support, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to EUC environment and solutions. Enhance and improve the security posture of EUC landscape by managing endpoint security solutions, content filtering and encryption solutions Focus on managing and securing Active Directory Optimise/manage the SCCM environment and leverage the same for endpoint management. Deploy enterprise applications and troubleshoot application issues

What you'll need to be successful

Two or more years' experience in a senior EUC role in an enterprise environment and looking to step up to the role of EUC lead Technical certifications and experience related to the design and build of end-user workspace environment Experience with application packaging is necessary Min 2 years experience in a Microsoft windows enterprise environment i.e Windows Server OS, VMware, PowerShell, Citrix
