Your Opportunity


To ensure our continued success in the civil construction industry, we are currently seeking a
Mobilisation Manager to join our corporate team in our Perth Head Office
.

Reporting directly to the Executive HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the mobilisation team, as well as the function and running of the mobilisation process across all our projects nationwide, ensuring that staff are mobilised to site effectively and efficiently in line with company and client procedures and processes.


The Mobilisation Manager will be required to review and renew the mobilisation process, by assessing lessons learnt from previous projects, analysing mobilisation statistics and costs, evaluating the effectiveness of current external providers used and seek alternatives where required, and curtailing any issues that may arise which might impact our strict mobilisation dates.

Timely and seamless mobilisations are a critical part of our business; therefore, it will be up to you to ensure this team is equipped with all the tools for success and provide ongoing training and mentoring to the mobilisation team.


About You
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar mobilisation role within the resources/ FIFO sector
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proven success in driving a team with a positive approach to problem solving
  • The ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
  • Strong facilitation and program management experience
  • A demonstrated ability to manage the endtoend mobilisation of personnel to project sites
  • Skills in building and maintaining good working relationships with our client and project teams
  • Selfmotivated and able to use initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and switch gears quickly
