Presales Solutions Architect - Managed Services offering As the Presales Specialist in Managed Services, you play a pivotal role in our organisation, acting as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and prospects.

This position is responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored managed services solutions, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure the successful acquisition of new business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

We are on the lookout for a full-time Presales Solution Architect in Managed Services, with the role being available in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.

We offer a hybrid work model, giving you flexibility and balance.
In this role, you'll dive into the world of potential clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and business goals.

You'll provide expert advice on managed services, collaborating closely with our sales team to ensure we're hitting the mark with our offerings.

Your day-to-day will involve: Engaging directly with potential clients, getting to the nitty-gritty of their tech requirements and business aspirations.

Offering up top-notch guidance and consultancy on the best managed services for their needs.

Teaming up with our sales crew to make sure our tech offerings match up perfectly with what our clients are after.

Delving into our clients' business challenges and opportunities, then whipping up technical solutions to tackle them head-on.
Crafting bespoke technical proposals and solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
Sketching out detailed architecture diagrams, estimating costs, and laying out implementation plans.
Taking the lead on drafting and managing Statement of Work (SOW) documents, outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

About You To qualify, you will need: Extensive experience in large and complex RFP responses, solution design, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of an overall solution.

Deep knowledge of the AWS cloud platform, with additional knowledge in Azure or Google Cloud being a bonus.
Proven experience and the ability to own the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, documents, and artifacts.
Familiarity with cloud-native services, Dev Ops practices, and containerization technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or

Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect are highly valued.

Additionally, possessing an AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification is highly desirable, showcasing your expertise in architecting and deploying robust solutions on the AWS platform.
