**About the Position:**
This vital role of Program Director will oversee a substantial technology transformation initiative focusing on refining the internal business processes and implementing a system-based digital revitalization across essential business functions. Responsible for strategic planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, the Program Director will employ suitable delivery methodologies to ensure successful program outcomes. This role involves establishing and energizing the program structure and team to effectively engage all stakeholders and delivery units. The incumbent will offer prompt guidance and reporting to the Program Control Board, Steering Committee, and Executive Leadership Team, including interactions with the board.

**About You:**
Utilizing your extensive experience as a Program Director in steering enterprise-wide transformation of internal systems for both support/back-office operations and customer-facing applications will be invaluable in this role. Your expertise gained through managing substantial programs encompasses a deep understanding of industry best practices in change and project methodologies, including Agile, Rapid Prototyping, SCRUM, Waterfall, among others. Given that this represents the most extensive transformation initiative undertaken by the organization, your knowledge, history of accomplishments, and adept stakeholder management abilities will be key assets.

*Note: This role is based in Melbourne and requires Australian Permanent residency.*
