Workforce Planning and Governance Support Manager
Job Description
How will I help?
The purpose of this role is to provide Partner Site leaders with the best planning and shifts to be able meet grade of service across all queues and intervals based on forecast demand.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing people and Customer priorities
- Monitoring historical performance trends and implementing & executing tactical solutions
- Quality control of team analysis
- Work with governance manager to ensure reporting on production hours and interval attainment is accurate, in order to reduce financial risk and rework.
- Daily FTE documentation and updating project financials and FTE impacts
- Work with WFP on financials being aligned
- Compliance SLA reporting
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Run daily huddles with Partners on production hours and interval attainment
- Provide governance support to Governance Partner Manager
- Provide input into operational and service practices for Partnership Services to ensure consistency and alignment across different partners and adoption of best practice
- Performance trend analytics, commentary and insights
- Future insight, recommendations and forecasting

What do I need?
- Ideally two years Workforce Planning/Management, with an extensive understanding of workforce management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Change Management experience
- Experienced in Power Bi and report building
