Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail management? We are seeking a talented Store Manager to join our team in Lidcombe.

As a Store Manager in our large volume store, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing inventory, and fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 1015 employees, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Oversee stock management, including replenishment and maintaining a clean and presentable store environment.
  • Implement and monitor sales targets and basket size KPIs to drive performance.
  • Provide coaching and development to team members to foster a positive and highperforming culture.
  • Collaborate with upper management to optimize store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in highvolume management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and implementing operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating an exceptional customer experience.
