The Role

This pub in Clare Valley is seeking a talented Head Chef with a background in managing a kitchen to perfection-previous experience leading a team, including working alongside the Manager and developing the team.

• Experience with Menu creation and costings

• A hands-on operator who is also forward-thinking
• Team management experience
