ViX is sold through thousands of specialty stores and luxury department stores in 28 countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed the personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your store manager.
  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the product and ViX lifestyle to maximize the sales opportunity.
  • Be a "personal stylist" who listens to the customer and can identify his/her needs and overcome objections if raised
  • Utilizing phone, email and written follow –up with customers and prospects
  • Have computer skills to operate the POS register and email system.
  • Support store manager with visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
  • Client Book Management and clientele.
Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
  • Must be a sales-driven and have a passion for customer service
  • Friendly, Positive, and outgoing personality
  • Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with customer and identify their shopping needs.
  • Must possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, Word, Excel and email.
