The Opportunity

Ready to make an immediate impact? As a direct report to the Production Manager, the Site Manager will have an immediate and significant impact on our operations. This role involves ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of site operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure GMP requirements are met inclusive of strict implementation of instructions relating to packing operations.
  • Lead and empower shift supervisors and key personnel to optimise shift operations
  • Managing the team to ensure that the daily production and dispatch schedules are met safely, on time and in full.
  • Ensure products are packed and stored according to appropriate documentation.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of KPI's and other production related issues
  • Enhance workplace safety protocols to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience within a leadership role in a production environment
  • Previous knowledge of the healthcare industry desirable
  • Stellar leadership experience with the ability to foster a spirit of teamwork and unity
  • Exceptional organisational and planning abilities a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, a well as Sharepoint and other relevant business software
