Working Arrangement :
Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Payrate:200 PAYE or 260 umbrella (CIS)
Must has some experience on EWI, window replacement, roofing works on high rise properties.
Role:
Previous Site experience
To assist the Contracts Manager with pre-start details
To report to the Project / Contracts Manager on the progress against the programme
To ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety aspects.
Fully understand the company's SHEQ policy/strategy
Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures / initiatives, including: Use of PPE, Site Induction
Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments undertake a thorough review of all subcontractors RAMS to ensure they have identified all foreseeable risks and implemented suitable controls
Obtain all risk assessments from contractors
To obtain sub-contractors Health & Safety policies prior to their work commencement
Identify training needs
Maintain statutory registers, including accident reporting, Work Permits, Scaffold/Lifting equipment inspections, In house audits / inspections
Site house keeping
Adherence to the Company quality standards including: Management of defects
Fully understand the Construction Phase Plan Requirements, including its development : Compliance with specification, Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules.
Subcontractor code of conductConsiderate Constructors Scheme
Coordination / Leadership of the site team, inclusive of:
Assist with the preparation of the Health and Safety file
Maintain and update Construction Phase Health & Safety plan as works proceed
Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
To be responsible for the opening and closing of the site facilities
Management of site facilities; welfare, toilets, offices, compound area etc.
Management of site housekeeping, discipline, behaviour etc
