We would like to run a trial with the new panel.

We have three roles for the Customer Care Centre team, and we would like to have this engaged under the T&C of the Panel TS9991.


Customer Care Centre Officer - Temporary role - Urgent Request


We are looking to hire a temporary staff for a period of 3 month at this stage to assist with some of the tasks which we are unable to complete due to staffing challenges.

There isn't an expectation they would perform the whole CCC agent role but some admin and processing tasks for returned accounts and our notifications queue (which may require outbound calling) plus answering payment arrangement enquiries.


Responsible for:


Supporting the call centre team with the admin tasks they usually do in between calls however they haven't been able to do due to the workload.

Calling clients when necessary, data entry, searching for addresses, payment arrangements and notifications.

To succeed in this opportunity, they will need

  • Experience in similar administrative roles, data processing or customer focused call centre, hospitality, etc.
  • A strong customer service focus with effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the team
  • Ability to maintain a high quality of work under pressure whilst maintaining accurate data entry skills

Assignment dates & duration:3 to 6months - start date 19 February 2024

Capacity:
Full time - 8h30 to 16h30 or 9h to 17h - In the office

Salary:
SAW2 $36.36 per hour

Two reference checks from only direct MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS, pre-employment declaration form and police check.
