The Venue
Mr. Wong presents Cantonese-style culinary delights in a grand manner. This esteemed venue accommodates 240 guests across two levels, offering a wide array of up to 80 dishes. Despite its size, the restaurant exudes intimacy with cozy nooks, dim lighting, and soulful jazz music.
Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Dan Hong, infusing his dynamism and inventive touch into every dish. The barbecue ducks are a crowd pleaser (we even have a dedicated room for them), and the lunchtime dim sum menu crafted by Michael Luo is a hit.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Wok Chef to join our team. Collaborating closely with senior chefs, you will uphold standards of excellence and uniformity. To excel in this position, you must:

  • Have 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for Asian cuisine and culinary methods.
  • Possess adaptability, organization skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.
  • Showcase expertise in overseeing and managing your kitchen section.
  • Display confidence in communication and demeanor.
