About the Role
Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, this newly created role focuses on the identification and delivery

of improvements which support the current and future needs of the business.

The role will provide hands on support to ensure challenges are clearly defined and solutions are correctly scoped

and endorsed by our process owners, key stakeholders and improvement team.

including but limited to:
data analysis, facilitation and structured problem solving, resulting in a safe, efficient and

effective operation within Talison Lithium's Greenbushes Operation.

Working in the newly established Improvement team, you will have exposure to a variety of different business areas

and disciplines and be provided the opportunity to make a real difference in not only our growing business but also

the industry as a whole.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder engagement across both frontline and technical teams
  • Data analysis, process mapping and validation reviews to identify priority focus areas
  • Facilitate cross functional groups to develop sustainable improvement opportunities
  • Complete initiative evaluations and support change management as required
  • Facilitate, support and or project manage improvement implementation
  • Support and or lead post implementation activities to sustain value delivery
  • Support deployment of the Talison Improvement strategy and supporting systems and processes
  • Ability to build relationships and facilitate outcomes within cross functional teams
  • Highly motivated with the ability to develop and summarise insights into tangible actions
  • Unconditional commitment to safety and respect for colleagues
