As a skilled Business Intelligence Developer/Business Analyst (BI Dev/BA), you will act as the link between data and business strategy. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional development or analysis tasks to become a data interpreter, a visualization expert, and an advocate for user-friendly insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear and impactful business intelligence reports and dashboards to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Analyze and transform data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp their requirements and translate complex issues into technical solutions.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and sustainable SQL code - proficiency in data language is essential.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends - explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance our data capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing principles, and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrable experience as a BI Developer/Business Analyst with a grasp of important business concepts and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills to explain complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify data obstacles and create effective solutions.
  • A passion for data and a drive to make a difference - eager to leverage data for business success.
  • Essential experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
  • Full working rights and Sydney-based.
