The role:

Join us for 6 months as a casual Administrator.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to the necessary individuals based on database information, handle incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties and providing accurate information.
  • Organize, maintain, and update essential project related data, ensuring data integrity and security
  • Accurately input data into various systems and databases while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work with payroll and HR to assist with project related activities
  • Generating relevant employment related documentation for individuals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Archiving and management of physical files and documents

About you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative HR or payroll or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent & communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to communicate effectively and clearly across the business
  • Strong understanding and proficiency with Excel
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of payroll & HR administrative processes and related software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results consistently.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
