Job Title:
Senior ICT Annuity Analyst


We are working with one of Australia's largest telecommunications and ICT providers who have an exciting opportunity within their ICT Annuity division.

Due to an increase in managed service and annuity revenue streams there is a need for an Annuity Analyst to review existing contracts and set the benchmark for contracts to ensure profitability and minimize billing disputes.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to maintain or maximize profit in new and existing commercial contracts.
  • Manage and analyze annuity contracts for ICT services, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and delivering value to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews of annuity contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that annuity contracts are aligned with customer requirements and company strategy.
  • Proactively forecast ICT annuity contracts against sold margins.
  • Analyze and report on annuity contract performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and assist in negotiating new annuity contracts as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years commercial experience, ideally in roles that expose you to commercial contracts (bonus points for ICT annuity contracts)
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP.
  • Proven experience with contract management and driving change.
  • Display a cando attitude and have the ability to work autonomously and with a team.
  • Possess great communication and presenting skills to analyze a business' need and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Financial/Accounting background may be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ICT industry trends and best practices.
