Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executive support - providing assistance to multiple executives, managing schedules, overseeing Board cycles, and handling various tasks
  • General office management for a small team in Beaumaris, also handling general administration tasks and office operations
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners, managing contracts, and supporting the wider BBO team as needed
  • Implementing company policies, assisting other staff members, and staying updated on industry trends
  • Conducting assessments and due diligence for NFP organizations, performing various tasks within the BBO Family Office

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possesses strong organizational skills. Additionally, they should demonstrate a strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
