On our third consecutive year of record growth the business has expanded to a team of 20 property professionals, setting market records and conducting some of the region's most high profile transactions.


With experience in property, either from a sales or leasing side you'll also have a proven ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.

The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial (both written and orally) as well as good business and financial acumen.


You will be accountable for:

  • Actively helping the team pursue new appointments to act for our clients, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships
  • Assisting and implementing commercial sale campaigns
  • Contributing towards the production of proposals, pitches and campaigns
  • Maintaining the client database including data entry of contact and transactional information.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

  • A current real estate license or certificate of registration.
  • Real estate experience in sales or leasing preferably commercial.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
