As the Gaming Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the compliance of all venue gaming operations, following all relevant regulations and standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the gaming operations of the venue while ensuring an enjoyable experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit various financial reports. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance with reporting obligations.
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and best practices.
  • Providing ongoing training to staff members, for customer service and gaming regulation policies.
  • Regular monitoring of all gaming regulations, laws, and licensing requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with gaming regulations and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the sales and operation of the bottle shop and bar.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the gaming industry, preferably in a pub or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations, laws, and licensing requirements in Victoria.
  • Demonstrated management experience or experience in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospitality environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

To be considered for this position, you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Victorian gaming industry employee license
  • RSA certificate
  • Valid Police Check from the last 12 months
