We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Gaming Supervisor to join our team at a vibrant pub-style venue in Wonthaggi, Victoria. As the Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gaming area, managing and training teams, and ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Gaming and Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Gaming Area Operations: Efficiently manage the gaming area, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of gaming attendants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure strict adherence to Responsible Service of Gaming and Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, providing assistance, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable gaming experience.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately maintain records, including financial transactions, gaming machine reports, and incident reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Venue Support: Collaborate with other departments within the venue, such as bar and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Possession of a valid Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certificate.
- Possession of a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
